There are some dust and scuffs. Some of the string is missing and the existing string needs to be restrung. It looks like the inner part of the model is custom built or modified - other Lionel P&H shovels I've seen have an empty interior. I'm not sure of the scale. I believe all the pieces are included, but please check pictures. There is no box.
